NEW SECURITY OPTION!!
New security has been added to the Housing Authority Screen (Home -> Housing Authority Search) for "Outgoing Portable Admin Fee - Access". This security setting will control the option to "Update Outgoing Admin Fees" (Big Actions button), "Add Portable Admin Fees" (button on Portable Admin Fee tab), "Edit" the amount in the grid, or "Delete" the Admin Fee record (Little Actions button). By default, users who have existing security for "Portable Section 8 Housing Authority - Access" will be granted the new "Outgoing Portable Admin Fee - Access" so they won't lose existing security permissions. Updates:
- The error has been resolved when trying to auto-create the Subsidy Account Adjustments when closing the Voucher Submission record. Case: PD-3208 (IR-110857)
- For dual-subsidy households, the certification intermittently pulls the lease information for the incorrect subsidy, resulting in either an error when finalizing the certification or the certification updating the incorrect lease upon finalization. This issue has been resolved. Case: PD-2911 (IR-110240)
- The Oklahoma TIC Form has been updated to create a page for additional members. Case: PD-3308 (IR-111038)
- During the Rental Assistance Payment Wizard, negative/recoupment payments were being excluded. These will now be included so that the check amount will always match the Rental Assistance Payment amount. Case: PD-2137 (IR-108537)
- The Applicant Email field on the Applicant Access Download tabs has been increased so the full email address van be viewed for all submitted email addresses. Case: PD-2699 (IR-109747)
- The HUD 50058-MTW Form has been updated to use the standard date format (MM/DD/YYYY) for ALL date fields. Case: PD-3082
- An issue with the "HAP Contract - Extend Termination Date" setting the End Date on the Portable Contract which resulted in the user being unable to edit the contract and possible Initialization issues, has been resolved. Case: PD-3133 (IR-110707)
- An issue with the Tax Credit Rent Roll and the Rural Development Rent Roll reports incorrectly displaying a vacancy status of occupied instead of vacant has been resolved. Case: PD-3149 (IR-110739)
- The issue with receiving an error when trying to print the FDS Reports in General Ledger has been resolved. Case: PD-3209 (IR-110858)
- Form HUD-52675 will now generate a copy for each adult household member. Case: PD-3310 (IR-111041)
- The issue when selecting multiple reports to print only logging the first report has been resolved. Now when multiple reports are selected, the log will show that all reports have been printed and not just the first report. Case: PD-369 (IR-103091)
Assistance Connect Updates:
- When expenses are entered in Assistance Connect as Bi-monthly or Bi-weekly, an error was received stating there was a bad request. This issue has been resolved and will be mapped accordingly on acceptance. Case: PD-3379 (IR-111243)
- An issue where WaitList Check was not pulling the correct status from Applicant Access has been corrected. Case: PD-3038, PD-3232 (IR-111112)
- Resolved an issue where Applicant income records kept trying to be sent to Assistance Connect even though the records were already sent. Case: PD-3221
- In some instances, when Applicant or Tenant income, assets, or expenses were removed from the application on Assistance Connect and the changes were accepted into WT2+, the records were not be updated on the Household and the Person screens. This issue has been corrected and the applications have been updated. Case: PD-3254
- An issue has been resolved where some assets were being duplicated on Assistance Connect after a certification was finalized in WT2+. Case: PD-3255
- When an item is marked as failed on an inspection, it is being sent to Assistance Connect, but if that inspection item is later marked as passed, Assistance Connect was not being updated. This issue has been resolved. Case: PD-3261
- In some instances, when Applicant income, assets, or expenses were removed from the application in WT2+, they were not being removed from application on Assistance Connect. This issue has been corrected and the applications have been updated. Case: PD-3262
- Resolved an issue where Applicant income records kept trying to be sent to Assistance Connect even though the records were already sent. Case: PD-3266
- An issue has been corrected where applicant and tenant members were intermittently being deleted from the household. Case: PD-3279 (IR-111004)
- Not all WaitList Check expenses were mapped in WT2+ resulting in users receiving and error when trying to accept the downloaded application. This issue has been resolved. Case PD-3380 (IR-111244)
- An issue with rejecting a Tenant income change request not updating Assistance Connect has been resolved. Case: PD-2960
- When updating the Location information on an inspection, the new information was not being sent to Assistance Connect. This issue has been resolved. Case: PD-3277
- The issue where Tenant Accounts are not being created has been resolved. Case: PD-3008 (IR-110418)
